No. Samuel Suite is built to be simple, with nothing to install. On the repertorisation screen, turn on Help and every button explains itself, so you can learn as you go, at your own pace. You'll also find tips throughout Samuel Suite and step-by-step guides for setting up your practice. Still stuck? Email us and a real person will get back to you within one business day.
Yes. Add each client when you next see them, so there's no big move to plan. Their file builds from there, appointment by appointment.
A client with an appointment in the last 3 months, or one booked. On the Essentials plan you'll always see your count on your home page, and we'll let you know before you reach 40. If you go over 40, you can still open, update and export all your clients. Only adding new ones pauses until you change plans.
No, but every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Samuel Suite isn't right for your practice, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. See our refund policy.
We'll email you at least 30 days before your 12 months end. You'll then move to the plan that fits your practice size: Essentials if you see 40 or fewer active clients, or Essentials Unlimited if you see more, at our regular price for that plan. You can cancel before then if you'd rather not continue.
Yes. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. You can export your client records whenever you like.
Yes. Australian and New Zealand prices include GST.
A student plan is coming in 2027. If you're graduating and setting up your practice, you can take a Founding Member place now.
Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle takes your payment and sends your receipts. We never see your full card number.
